Lil Avvy’s Full Nut and Bolt Restoration
This August, our Vehicle of the Month is Lil Avvy - a dear to heart Ford Fiesta that was recently unveiled following her full nut and bolt restoration in memory of Jordan’s Mum, Julie, who he lost in a cruel 19 month battle with Mantel Cell Lymphoma.
Jordan’s beautifully presented restoration diary is an intense story of commitment and perseverance to make his Ford absolutely perfect.
“This car held a lot of memories for me so I made it my mission after mums passing to dedicate this restoration to mum and make this one of the best examples out there as a representation of the Mother she was to me”.

Lil Avvy’s unveiling helped to raise a fantastic £1300 for the local St Helena Hospice which supports patients and families when it comes to end of life care. For anyone interested or wanting to donate, please visit the St Helena Hospice website. If you would like to make your donation recognisable by the Hospice, please make it in memory of Julie Fenton or in relation to ‘JuliesCars&Coffee’ which is what Jordan’s unveiling event was called.

I bought this Car Facts Disc for my Dad's Birthday - I wanted to give him something different, and this was recommended to me by a fellow petrolhead. Honestly, big hit, Dad was just about to tour around Europe in his Corvette and even though he's not a tech savvy guy, he found it really easy to start dropping in images and little story snippets of his days out in France. He's now quite into keeping his disc updated with latest Corvette improvements and body works, he often shows it off at car meet ups and club events. I'm pleased we found a way to preserve his Corvette adventures - the way it's going I think he'll end up with quite a diary to pass on to the grandkids.
