Landrover Series 1 80"
This Landrover series 1 80” 1952 has been rebuilt over the last 5 years by Paul, he told us he’d always liked the “Series” Landrovers, his first car was a light weight series 2a, however he’d longed for an S1 80” so he tracked one down on eBay!
This was supposed to a 10 year project, but this all changed when his daughter Abi said she wanted it as her wedding car, he was delighted with this, but it was only a rolling chassis and he only had a year to complete it. The engine was still in bits and had never started. It was a frighting thought - it might not start on the big day or get to the venue.
